Do you host your clients' sites?

More than 98% of our clients' Web sites are hosted on a Herkimer server. Our secured server facility is located with a Tier-3 dedicated hosting company in Virginia. More information about our servers:

Does your company use templates?

No. Never! All of our work, including Web sites and marketing collateral materials, is custom built for each client. We take a lot of pride in fostering a consultative relationship with our clients and addressing their needs individually. The quality and originality of the final product reflects each client's needs and addresses their unique market.

How much do you charge to build a Web site?

We get this question a lot. Before we can give you an answer, we'd like to sit down with you and learn more about your company, your clients, and your competitors. Once we have a better understanding of your needs, we'll prepare a detailed line-item estimate of project costs. And, by the way: we guarantee that you will never be charged more than your original project estimate. 

Can I edit my own Web site?

Absolutely! We have found that it not only saves clients money in the long run, but it helps them  keep their site updated on a regular basis when they make their own text and image changes. We now build most of our sites on Drupal content management systems which allows users to make updates, attach files and images and manage their own site. The editors that we use in our content management systems are similar to using Microsoft Word editors and we can train you to update your site in about an hour.

I have a partial site in Drupal, can you make updates to it or build custom modules?

We are getting this question more and more and the answer is yes. We are extremely well acquainted with Drupal content management systems and can help with hosting, custom modules, views and making updates to your existing Drupal site.
